Where Do You Ship From?
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
We understand that plans can change, so if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us through the live chat within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, changes or cancellations cannot be made, but you can still return your order for a full refund once received.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

When Will My Order Be Processed?
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing from the date of your order. Orders are shipped the next business day after processing. During holidays and sale seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
Due to high demand, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.

What If I Don’t Receive My Order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us through the live chat to initiate the refund process.

Will I Be Charged with Customs and Taxes?
Our prices are listed in GBP and are tax-free. Depending on your location, you may be responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees when your order arrives. When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request.
